The Society having a continuous and dedicated democratic leadership following the participatory democracy involving the members and the people in decision making and implementing the decision without being dependent on financial support from the financial institutions including the Banks since 1967, without having any government share assistance since its inception and without any intervention and interference from the government has grown on its own. Another noteworthy feature is that it has consistently accelerated its growth and development by diversifying its activities without any setback and never incurred loss since inception. The social activities of the society are noteworthy. \u00a0 Our bank has now become a big banyan tree giving shelter to the exploited masses in its area of operation. Being a robust support for rural economic development, it has truly become a Model Cooperative Society in the country.<\/p>\n
